Badda Skat has been active in the music industry since the year 2000. During this time period, there have been numerous advancements and accomplishments. There has also been a lot of growth. From performing with his own band, to emceeing some of the largest festivals in the country, Badda has done it all. Being involved in all aspects of the music creation process gives Badda the ability to truly express his views and experiences in the most creative ways.

“I’m Okay” may be a little different than what most people might expect from Badda Skat. However, just like the expansive growth of a mango tree, new branches lead to new fruits. This is a departure from the typical reggae and island inspired tunes. This is a hip-hop album. Of course, it is still filled with the insightful and thought-provoking lyrics that Badda is known for but presented in a newly polished package. It is also a self-reflective album, in which Badda expands on past experiences that helped shape him into the person he is today.
